Getting Started with Is It Verity?
Your first-hour walkthrough for Prince Creations' 1v1 pattern duel.
What you are playing
Is It Verity? is a Roblox Party & Casual experience by Prince Creations (released September 13, 2026). You go 1v1 in a race to crack a hidden pattern. Place a Verity, check the result, and keep refining until you lock the entire order—hopefully before the other player does.
The yellow smiley Verity look is intentional meme energy, but this is not a horror story game. If a guide tells you to chop wood for three days, you are reading the wrong Verity title.

First launch checklist
- Join from the Roblox game page and wait for the lobby UI to finish loading.
- Look for reward surfaces: daily rewards, free spins, and group rewards.
- Join the Prince Creations group if group gifts are available—free value before you spend anything.
- Open the collection / loadout panel and note how many Veritys you already have.
- Equip up to six Veritys. Early on, any distinct six is fine; refine later with Best Loadouts.
- Start with Vs Bot if the option is available so your first pattern reads happen without ranked pressure.
- After a few bot matches, enter the live match queue.
Platform button details live on the Controls page—keep it open on a second screen if you are on mobile.
The core loop (memorize this)
- Queue into a 1v1 (or Vs Bot).
- Place a Verity from your loadout into the pattern puzzle.
- Read feedback from the result—right piece, wrong place, total miss, or progress toward the full order depending on how the board answers.
- Update your mental model of the hidden sequence.
- Place again with better information.
- Lock the full pattern before the opponent finishes.
- Return to lobby, claim any end-of-match rewards, optionally open packs, adjust loadout, requeue.
Everything else—votes, spins, cosmetics—supports that loop.
Learning feedback without tilting
New players lose less from “bad Veritys” and more from ignoring information:
- After every placement, pause one second and say what you learned out loud.
- Do not spam the same Verity into the same wrong idea.
- Treat early placements as questions, not pride shots.
- If you are confused, finish the match for the learning, then read How to Win before the next session.
Bot matches exist so you can slow down. Use them.
Packs and discovery on day one
Packs are how you discover new Veritys. Resist opening everything the second you can click:
- Claim free rewards first.
- Play enough matches to understand which loadout slots feel weak.
- Open a small pack batch with a goal (“replace my worst two faces”).
- Re-equip immediately when a pull is clearly better.
Deep spending advice is in the Packs Guide. Tier context is in Verity Tiers.
Loadout basics for beginners
- You want coverage, not six copies of one face.
- Keep at least one easy-to-recognize anchor Verity.
- Swap only after a short test set, not after a single loss.
- Collection browsing and roster mindset continue on the Players Hub.
If an auto tool offers “Equip Best 6,” still look at what it chose. Blind automation can hide why you win or lose—and scripts carry account risk (see Scripts).
Daily habits that compound
Every session:
- Claim daily rewards
- Use free spins
- Check group rewards
- Play at least a handful of matches so pack currency is earned with context
- Skim the Updates Hub if the title shows
[UPD]
Codes are currently not verified active as of October 2026—details on the Codes Hub. Do not paste codes from unrelated Verity games.
Pattern vote and lobby extras
Depending on the live build, you may see pattern vote / pick flows in addition to standard queues. Participate when prompted; community votes can shape which puzzles appear. Auto-vote scripts exist but are unnecessary for learning and unsafe for accounts.
First-hour success metrics
You are doing fine if, after the first hour, you can:
- Explain the place → feedback → solve loop in one sentence
- Equip a six without confusion
- Finish a Vs Bot match without abandoning
- Open packs with a slot goal instead of pure impulse
- Find Controls, Packs, and How to Win pages on this wiki without hunting
You do not need a perfect S-tier roster on day one. Millions of visits came from players learning the race the same way you are.
